We've been coming to Foothills Mazda for 3-4 years now. We purchased a 2008 Mazda CX-9 from another dealership and have had our recall service done here. Recently, we lost our rear wheel drive and brought it in for troubleshooting. Unfortunately, the splines in our transmission sheared forcing us into a newer vehicle. The service person I was dealing with was very apologetic and introduced us to Russ Blough, a salesman with over ten years here. He set us up with three vehicles that would fit our needs. We test drove them all and settled on a 2016 Ford Edge. Our experience couldn't have gone better!!

My wish was to buy a new car online, and was so glad that Foothills Mazda has "Internet Sales". I worked with Moriah who I "talked" with via e-mail. She made the process easy and was patient with me and my wishes. I had researched cars (YouTube and car reviewers) for a year and finally narrowed it down to the 2020 Mazda 3 Hatchback AW Drive--Premium trim. Moriah arranged shipment of the new car from Japan--it only took 3 weeks to arrive. I drove to Spokane in my trade-in which they had accepted via photos and test driving. Salesman Justin took over and spent a good amount of time showing me the ropes of the car (mostly the technology). It was a really good experience over all; especially if you would like to simplify things by doing most of the work online. I love my new 2020 Soul Red Crystal Mazda 3! Excellent car!

I can’t say enough good things. I have so much praise for how they handled my car-buying experience. It was perhaps an unusual purchase to say the least. I live in New York and was looking for something very specific in the lightly used market. There was only two cars in the country that fit exactly what I was looking for. I had a less than exemplary experience when I inquired with a dealer out in Cleveland, Ohio about one of them. So I figured, even though I am in New York and Spokane Mazda/Lincoln is in Washington state, what the heck, maybe they’ll make my day. And they did! Right from the start I was treated with cheery professionalism, knowledge and kind, experienced, salesmanship. I worked hand in hand with then internet sales associate, Moriah. She is a complete gem and made what was a daunting, potential risky, purchase of a premium vehicle as comforting and stress-free as I could have imagined. From always responding to my emails, phone calls, and texts to her personal line, to completing a long, in-depth walk-around and test drive of the car, all via video chat! Answering all my questions and allowing me to focus in visually on certain areas of the car in real-time as per my requests. Mind you, this was a car, at an unbeatable price, that could have and would have, sold itself quickly with no issue. After deciding to purchase the car I was offered the choice to have them take care of the shipping, and even have it rolled into the price of the car, but I elected to sort that out on my own even though their offer was both competitive and trusted by both the dealer and myself. No pressure there either, and I was grateful for their understanding. They still made sure the car was detailed and confirmed unscathed as it was picked up by my choice of shipper. They communicated with the driver and myself as I was updated with the status of the shipment every step of the way. The car arrived in impressively good condition for a pre-owned vehicle and I couldn’t have been happier. They even followed up with me in regards to it’s transit and arrival. And finally, the registration and titling process, which can prove tedious and difficult between different and far away states was handle masterfully by Moriah. Taking the time, even when not at her desk or in the dealership, she did all the necessary and thorough research in regards to New York’s unique rules and regulations and did hours of legwork making sure everything was prepped and sent (overnight mail) to my local DMV of choice. The paperwork packet she assembled even impressed the clerk I worked with when it came time to register and title my car, who said she had never seen the documents so well put together, outlined, and organized. I was pleased. As you can imagine I was nervous at first about this purchase, but as soon as I contacted the dealership and spoke to the fantastic Moriah my concerns were put at ease. Right away they trusted I was serious about my inquiry and even removed the listing off their website (which is very well interfaced and up to date) even though they didn’t have to. Most dealers would never do that for you. And when Moriah was unavailable, Ray, and the other members of the staff, including the receptionists were always very helpful and professional. I’ve purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime and I’ve never had such an incredible experience as I had with Spokane Mazda/Lincoln. From beginning to end, and down to the very last detail, Moriah is a champion of sales and client services. Go SPOKANE! Thanks guys!
